SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery (within the UK)
With the exception of bespoke arrangements, our main collection products take 3-5 days to prepare and wrap. Standard delivery within the UK is charged at £5.95 and takes around 3-5 working days.

Delivery (International)
International delivery is available starting at £12. This service typically takes around 7-14 working days depending on your region. Please contact our customer service team for a quote at hello@silkandblossom.co.uk or fill out our form on our contact page.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your items you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging. Returns received after 14 days cannot be processed. To arrange for a return to be processed please email hello@silkandblossom.co.uk confirming your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.

Please note bespoke orders/arrangements are non returnable.

We strongly suggest that you use a parcel tracking service to return your item to us, as responsibility will not be accepted for parcels that are not received, or for items that are damaged when not returned in the original packaging. Please also ensure that you include your name and order number inside your parcel.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
​
Discounts, postage rates or complementary gifts granted on your order may no longer be applicable if you return part of your order and any refund granted will be adjusted to include only those concessions eligible on the revised order.

If you believe and item to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on hello@silkandblossom.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your item including a photograph of the fault
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you straight away to let you know.
Provided you're approved, we'll automatically credit your original method of payment. The time it takes to appear in your account will vary, depending on your card issuer.
